PIERCING AFTERCARE
Can I clean my piercing at any time I wish ?
No, do not over clean your piercing, clean it twice a day ( morning and Night) with antibacterial/antimicrobial soap and 3 times a day with H20 Ocean Spray.
Can I touch my piercing any time I wish?
Do not touch your piercing unless you are cleaning it.
Is it alright if someone touched or cleaned my piercing for me?
Do not let anyone else touch your piercing.
Why is my piercing area red and is it normal to have a discharge?
A little redness and a white scab or discharge is “NORMAL”.
Are there any types of clothing that I should avoid wearing after having my piercing? (Navel Area)
Avoid tight clothing. This includes hats, belts etc.
Can I have my regular training normally after having my piercing?
No training for at least “4″ weeks.
Are there certain medications I should avoid using near my piercing?
Do not use alcohol, peroxide, ointments, creams, moisturizers, hand sanitizer, or perfumes, sprays, powder, or oil sunscreen on/or near your piercing.
Can i soak my piercing into water?
Do not submerge your piercing in water until it heals, you can take a shower or go into the ocean but no “pools”
What should I do if my earring falls off?
Contact us if your ring falls out, we will put it back in (if possible), try once to put it back in, if not possible, come in as soon as possible so the piercing doesn’t close.
How do I avoid the fall off of my piercing?
You must check your beads daily to make sure they have not become loose.
FACIAL & EAR PIERCING
What products are recommended to use in order to clean my piercing?
Product to use: H2O Sea Salt Spray, Provon Antibacterial Soap, Dail Antibacterial Soap (liquid soap only).
How often should I clean my piercing and how long is the healing process?
Clean your piercing twice a day with soap and 3 times a day with H2O Ocean Spray, Up to 20 Weeks
What are the steps I need to follow to clean my piercing?
1- Soak Q-tip with warm water to remove any scab or discharge until jewelry & piercing are thoroughly cleaned.
2- Apply Sea Salt Spray to piercing using a clean Q-tip.
3- Gently work through the piercing by moving the jewelry back & forth, to allow the solution to penetrate the piercing.
